We hope that you will love every design that you order upon receiving it. We will do everything with in our means to ensure each piece is handled with great care and delivered to you in the condition you wish to receive it.
However, we do understand that you may receive something that you are not 100% happy with and would like the opportunity to return or exchange the product.
If you do receive an item that does not fit or you are unhappy with please email email@example.com within 7 calendar days to arrange a return and refund or replacement. You will need to return the item to us in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. On receiving the item in its original condition we can then replace the order for an item of the same value or we can refund you back to the account the order was purchased on.
We will be unable to issue refunds or exchanges where pieces have been damaged through neglect, misuse or accidents.
As we are a small business we will not be able to absorb the cost of shipping the item back but would recommend shipping it back through tracked delivery as if it is lost in transit we will be unable to refund or exchange the item.
