Returns & Exchanges

At Beyond Me Designs each piece is carefully designed, created  and packaged in the farm studio in Choma, Zambia. If something isn't quite right we will do our best to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

- unworn

-in their original condition

-returned in original packaging

International Returns

As we ship internationally from Zambia, return shipping costs can be significant. 

For this reason:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping cost

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  •  Items must be returned using a tracked courier service

Exchanges

Due to the complexity and cost of international shipping, we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges on international orders.

If you would like a different piece, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Custom or Personalised Pieces

Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the order. 

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to reflect.
